In 2008, I began my career in immigration law in Las Vegas, Nevada and transferred to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2013. During my career, I have focused my practice on two separate aspects of immigration law. The first being family based immigration allowing me to help families bring their relatives to the United States and obtain legal status. The second being employment based immigration where I have helped employers bring necessary talent to their respective companies.

At Rosario Law, I am the managing attorney and perform services necessary to meet your immigration and business needs.

I prepare filings for all employment based immigration visas and all family based immigration including inadmissibility waivers.

In addition to immigration law, I represent and advise entrepreneurs and business owners regarding business formation documentation, purchase agreements, and operating agreements. I also assist with traffic citations, divorce and custody agreements, and name changes.
